Should you wish to return the goods for a refund, the packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return. You then have another 14 days to return the product and the company has 14 days when they receive the return to refund the money. The whole process can take a maximum of 42 days but we will always aim to refund you as swiftly as possible.
All damages, cancellations & returns must be notified via e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the product.
We do not accept returns on any of the Apothecary or Super Shrooms Products unless they are faulty or out of date.
